Lawn Mowing

The cut is the easy part. What people actually notice is the trim line along the fence, the edge where the grass meets the driveway, and whether the clippings got blown off the walk. We do all of it, every visit.

Design and install

Landscaping

Beds that were fine ten years ago are usually overgrown, half dead, or both. We pull it out, rework the shape, put in plants that actually fit the light they are getting, and edge it so it holds its line.

Spring and fall

Mulching

Mulch is the cheapest thing you can do to make a whole property look maintained. It also holds moisture in the beds and keeps weeds from taking over. We cut a clean edge first, then lay it, because mulch against a sloppy edge still looks sloppy.

Twice a year

Spring & Fall Cleanup

Two visits a year that reset the whole property. In spring we clear out what winter left behind so the grass can breathe. In fall we strip it down so nothing sits under the snow and rots.

• Leaves and sticks off the lawn and out of the beds
• All of it hauled off, not bagged and left at the curb

Aeration & Overseeding

If your lawn is thin, hard packed, or full of bare patches, mowing it more is not going to fix it. Aeration pulls cores out of the soil so water, air and seed can get down where the roots are. Overseeding fills in what is missing.

October to December

Leaf Removal

A heavy leaf mat blocks light and traps moisture, and by spring you have got dead patches and a mold problem. We come through on a schedule during the drop so it never gets to that point.

Treatment programs

Insect & Weed Control

Grubs eat the roots out from under a lawn and you do not notice until it peels up like carpet. Weeds spread faster than the grass can compete. Both are fixable, but only if the treatment lands at the right time of year.

Books up early

Holiday Light Installation

Halloween and Christmas lights, and nobody in your family needs to be on a ladder. We design it, hang it, switch it over between holidays and come back if a strand goes out. After the holidays we take it all down and store it until next year, or leave it up year-round and change the bulbs for the next occasion.
